Prosecutor Claims There’s STILL Not Enough Evidence in Justine Damond Case to Charge Mohamed Noor In Wrongful Death

It’s been since July and nothing has moved forward with the case that shocked the nation…an Australian bride-to-be was shot and killed even though she was unarmed, non-threatening, and the one who called the cops in the first place.

I’m as pro Blue Lives Matter as it gets, but a crap cop is a crap cop….and it appears this one in particular had a less than stellar 3 year record.

The prosecutor still hasn’t pressed charges, claiming there’s not enough evidence…

They haven’t done their job? You have all the evidence you’re going to get from a case where an under qualified cop panicked and wrongfully shot an woman in pajamas….who almost blew his partner’s head off in the process.

Speaking of…wouldn’t the testimony of his partner be the evidence needed in knowing if he feared for his life or panicked?

Freeman also seems to be conveniently postponing the case against the Somali-born Muslim cop until 2018 when his re-election in a district with a large Somali population is up…

Noor has yet to make a single statement about the incident….

  1. This is where I divert from the path of the blue lives matter. whenever there is a bad cop, like this one, weather its a shooting, corruption whatever the entire force closes ranks and protect them. I believe that this makes them all guilty. Now you’ll probably chewing the rug at this statement, and hate me, But I’ve dealt first hand with police corruption. And let me tell you the ordinary citizen has no recourse in dealing with it. Hey wasn’t it Minneapolis where a cop gave one of Jeffrey Dalmer’s victems back to old Jeff after he escaped. The kid became dinner, the cop was allowed to serve until retirement. Nothing new here
